Journal of Islamic and Interdisciplinary Research (JIIR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by Yayasan Dinamika Literasi Jambi, Indonesia. The journal is published biannually in June and December and is dedicated to advancing scholarly discussions at the intersection of Islamic studies and interdisciplinary research.

JIIR provides an international forum for researchers, academics, and practitioners from diverse institutional backgrounds, including higher education institutions, educational organizations, social institutions, and research centers, to disseminate original research and critical analyses. The journal welcomes submissions from authors worldwide and promotes an interdisciplinary approach to understanding religious, social, cultural, legal, and humanitarian issues in contemporary societies.

All manuscripts submitted to JIIR undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by qualified and experienced reviewers in relevant fields to ensure academic quality, originality, and methodological rigor. JIIR is firmly committed to publication ethics and academic integrity and applies a strict anti-plagiarism policy. Submitted manuscripts must be original works, have not been previously published, and are not under consideration by other journals.

This journal has held an ISSN since the publication of Volume 1 Number 1 in 2025. It has also implemented a template revision for issues published in 2026 onward.
